EnergyWaste

PEnergy generation ftom processing
of municipal solid waste in full

eec's policy in the Program is to be a convincing pioneering commercial user or an intelligent middle-man, who provides to the users a comprehensive, innovative and highly efficient power generation technology from waste management.

eec makes financial modeling, orders the equipment, supplies and operates together with the local country regional municipality.

The system converts almost any waste material (municipal and industrial) into usable material products―electricity with very high rate of efficiency, recicables (if the Developer so requires) and even a very small quantity of debris that could be applied in pavement.

Municipal Solid Wastes (MSW) is the ideal fuel. The vast majority of MSW are combustible and the heat converts into electric power with  high efficiency.

The EnergyWaste Project's plant burns in 900oC up to 4,000oC depending on the applied technologyvia anaerobic decomposition of the biodegradable part of the waste remaining after separation of MSW. The electricity is generated with less harmful emissions than the conventional fossil-fuel powered energy plants.

The typical amount of net energy that can be produced per ton of MSW is about 600 MT per day  will produce at least 20 MW of electrical power through internal combustion engine, or more by the plasma reactors.

The Project's profitability, represented by so called accelerated amortization loan period is about 4 years.* The loan life is supposed up to 7 years with at least 2-year grace period.

To get an idea about one type of the technology processes look at the simple block-chart (text in Bulgarian), click the hard reader here right and peruse it.

Letter Contract or Memorandum of Good Understanding is the first document that has to be signed with the Mayor of the city as a first step where the mutuality of interests and obligations is properly framed.
Issue corporate Promissory Note with Municipality confirmation.
Developer makes 15% front payment of the credit loan agreement.
Charter of JV Company with the Municipality or its communal enterprise is the next step, as the first document so stipulates [more].

Such commercial development could provide a technology not only to meet Clean Air requirements but also to lower energy costs for the regional industry.

is is a very brief description of our EnergyWaste Program. Don't hesitate to contact us for more detailed information about the value, profitability, county/city of implementation, etc.
