George Angelow is Cybernetic engineer, Professor of Theory of Control. Later studied Economics and Finance in Sofia and Western Business (Quasi) Law in New York, focused on financial law and intangible assets rights and trade. Earned PhD degree in Math on Predictable events in non-stationary processes in systems; worked in Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Technical Cybernetics and Robotics.

Prof. Dr. George Angelow is co-author of nineteen iventions, some of them certified patents in the U.S.A., Europe and Japan—in the mathematical and industry fields. Fellow of New York Academy of Sciences. Honoary Professor of Albert Schweitzer Int'l University of the UN in Geneva. He is permanently involved in many public and humanitarian organizations in Europe, U.S.A. and Asia, University of Cambridge in England, wherefrom he has been awarded with as Outstanding People of the 20th Century. His first job contacts in banking began in 1989 at UBS, Zurich, in Financial Engineering Dep. He lectured in Theory of Control, Risk Assessment and Human Behavior.

Prof. George Angelow is member of elite U.S. economic forecasting panels. He is perma-nently involved in many public and humanitarian organizations in Europe, U.S.A. and Asia, and in ninety decade in the turbulent political events in the Sub-Saharan Africa, later in the economical development of the countries of the region. He has specific application experience as financial and engineering advisor in the critical path management and coordination of project finance development in full compliance with U.S. Federal and State regulations.

He is CEO of united American corporation into the well-known financial asset manage-ment and investment company of "closed-end funds" type, International Investment Council (IIC). Interim several sister companies have been setup as IIC-Group for capital investment projects and servicing developers with Federal financial portfolios in LA, Washington, DC, and overseas, with head business offices in Wayland-Boston, Mass, well known in the small and medium business on the East Coast and EU with his unique software 8R-Program for Risk Assessment.
