West Wind Land
The so called West Land is in west-north of Sofia, 40 km faraway. The wind area is
on the ridge of a small mountain,

On the this site 100,000 sq.m. area min 60 wind turbines*

NOTE.
Based on the definitely height-on-worded wind rouse the following effect
of the intensity of the wind velocity, measured on 10 m height, is enhanced: (i) by rate of 1.25 for wind
with velocity 3 up to 5 m/sec, and
(ii) by rate of 1.09 for wind
with velocity over 5 m/sec and then increased by special software to
refer to 80 m height.

The Investor is proposed and will acquire: (i) 25 acre (+20% optional) EU land (≈100,000 sq.m.) with certified exchange of its purpose—from agriculture into industrial land, wherefore its price jumps many times; (ii) full set of certificates, documents and other papers and legal information for loan application, pre- paid, obtained and collected within 3 years; (iii) the opportunity of professional service about the best loan conditions, hi-tech US equipment against and assistance in the local country construction work and project supervision for $3M+ only, whereupon he could invest consecutively or at once up to $200M for renew- able power generation in a EU country where the local law stipulates its purchase by the state on the highest eco-power generation encouraging price over the world, ˆ0.875 p.kWh ($2.12),** recovering the investment within 3 yers.
