a company of two
stockholder related parties in both countries, the United States, and Bulgaria, with
short history. Three-year examination of the development of
the Renewables more specifically of the wind generation systems—technology and implemen-tation—aucceeded in
Bulgaria. The both company core service oriented business focuses on a niche aspect of
investment, engineering, project and financial consulting services ge- nerally,
but not limited to, of
wind,
solar, run-of-river and municipal
waste processing
power generation
that are currently and admirably encouraged by the governments of all countries.
Two small own wind fields, one each in U.S.A. and Bulgaria, are currently on exploration mode of the high-tech up-to-date innovative wind turbines and related hardware.
The Company's charters utilize their very good political and business relationship in various regions of the world in order to diversify its investment policy. These projects are usually very attractive for both the strategic and venture capital investors. The development of these projects may support the local country market economies and the social environment. Our recent interests are focused on Central Asia Region and Sub-Saharan Africa – G.R.
